BENEFITS OF PEER LEARNING
- Provides an action-oriented learning environment.
- Build strong professional relationships – a key tool for building your network.
- Everyone has something to contribute and everyone has something to learn.
Professional peers learn from each other, and are eager to find solutions to current barriers, explore issues, and make connections with others who work in the same sphere. The peer learning process allows for sharing of group-resourced knowledge, exploration and understanding -- knowledge that has not been standardized and is unique to the needs of the group.
